Tailored to your skill level and goals each workout will leave you feeling productive and accomplished because you know kept your promise and got your workout done. No need to wonder if you’re doing the exercises correctly or research what exercises you should do for your goal. All the planning is done for you, you just have to show up.
COACHING (1-on-1 & Group)
The kick-off call is all about identifying your existing resources, strengths, and capabilities. We’ll create a plan to build sustainable skills and daily habits so you can reach your goals.
During each coaching call, Coach Teresa helps you break down your goals into specific practices and actions, organized as a strategic weekly plan that you can actually execute – we’ll make sure you have all the skills, resources, and details covered. Sure, you’re going to “cook this week”; but if you don’t have a specific plan that allows for flexibility, it’s easier to order takeout instead of getting overwhelmed with recipes.
Your plan is adjusted over time to keep it achievable and effective, so you can stay consistent long enough to see the results you crave.
